Considering that Avorien sells watches exclusively through the Internet, and acknowledging the Customer’s interest in purchasing the products offered by our store, this document establishes the general terms and conditions of use and purchase for customers who shop on Avorien’s website.
I. Confidentiality
Avorien is responsible for preserving the confidentiality of all personal data and information provided by customers during the purchasing process.
Our website uses secure encryption technology, and its security is regularly audited and protected against unauthorized access, in accordance with international data protection standards.

III. Delivery Policy
The estimated delivery time is informed during the purchase process and counted in business days.
Deliveries are usually made from Monday to Friday, and occasionally on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays depending on logistics availability.
III.I – Product Dimensions and Suitability
It is the customer’s responsibility to verify product dimensions and ensure suitability at the time of delivery.
If any issue arises, please contact Customer Service immediately.
III.II – Delivery Attempts
Up to three delivery attempts will be made to the address provided, on alternate days, with intervals of up to 48 hours between each attempt.
A person authorized by the buyer, over 18 years old and with valid identification, must be available to receive and sign for the delivery.
After three unsuccessful attempts, the order will be returned to Avorien’s distribution center.
III.III – Changes After Purchase
Once an order is confirmed, it is not possible to change the payment method, delivery address, or request priority/advance delivery.
III.IV – Shipping
Free shipping is available for all orders within the national territory.
III.V – Delivery Restrictions
The delivery team is not authorized to:

Enter the customer’s property;

Perform installation or maintenance of watches;

Open product packaging;

Deliver to an address different from the one stated in the order;

Deliver to minors or individuals without identification.
III.VI – Customs or Tax Retention
Avorien is not responsible for delays or retention of goods due to local customs or tax procedures.
If this occurs, the customer must contact the responsible agency to arrange for release or payment of any applicable duties.
IV. Right of Withdrawal
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase and request a return or refund under the following conditions:

The withdrawal period is up to 30 calendar days from the date of receipt.

The product must be returned in its original packaging, without signs of wear or damage.

IV.II – Product Verification
Once the product arrives at our distribution center, Avorien will verify that all return conditions have been met.
If approved, a full refund of the amount paid will be issued.
IV.III – Refund Process

For credit card purchases, the card issuer will be notified, and the refund will appear on your next or subsequent billing statement.

For other payment methods, the refund will be processed through the same channel used for payment.
V. Final Provisions
Avorien reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time to ensure compliance with current laws and operational improvements.
