All products are shipped directly from our international suppliers to the customer’s delivery address.

2. Order Processing
Payment Confirmation:
After completing your order, payment confirmation may take 1 to 3 business days, depending on the payment gateway or card issuer.
Logistics and Tracking:
Once your payment is confirmed, your order enters the processing stage.
You will receive your tracking code via email (sent to the contact address provided at checkout) within up to 8 business days after payment confirmation.
This code allows you to monitor the progress of your shipment in real time.
3. Delivery Guidelines
We recommend always checking the condition of your package at the time of delivery.
If the packaging appears damaged, wet, or tampered with, please refuse to accept the package and contact our support team immediately so that we can resolve the issue promptly.

4. Failed Delivery or Pickup Attempts
Our delivery service will make up to three consecutive delivery attempts, within 48-hour intervals between each one.
If no one is available to receive the package or the address is incorrect, the order will be returned to our logistics center.
In such cases, the cost of reshipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
Please ensure your delivery information is accurate and that someone is available to receive the package.
5. Delivery Time Exceptions
While we aim to meet our standard delivery times, unforeseen factors such as customs inspections, import regulations, or postal delays may affect transit times.
