Returns and exchanges

At Avorien, your satisfaction is our priority. If you purchased one of our timepieces and it did not meet your expectations or arrived with a defect, we guarantee your right to exchange or return it under the following conditions:

1. Defective Product

Timeframe: 30 calendar days from the date of receipt.
Process: Contact our Customer Service Team at contacto@avorien.com or via WhatsApp at +56 9 7367 1182 for detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return.

After receiving the product:

  • Exchange: You may choose any other watch available in our stock.

  • Refund: Full refund of the amount paid.

Important: Exchanges or returns will not be processed if the product was not reported within the deadline, or if it is missing any items, accessories, or original packaging.


2. Product Malfunction

If your watch is not functioning properly, please contact us by email or WhatsApp with your full name, order number, and a brief description of the issue.
We will guide you through the exchange or technical evaluation process, provided the product meets the return conditions.


3. Exchange Costs

The cost of an exchange depends on the case:

  • If the product arrived damaged or defective, Avorien covers all shipping costs.

  • If the exchange is due to personal preference (such as color or model), the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.


4. Delivery Time for Replacement

Once your exchange request is approved, we will begin processing your replacement order.
Estimated delivery time: 20 to 45 business days.
A new tracking code will be provided once the shipment is dispatched.


5. Out-of-Time Exchanges

Requests made after 30 days from the date of receipt cannot be accepted.
We recommend inspecting your watch carefully upon arrival to ensure everything is in perfect condition.


6. Exchange for Another Model

If you wish to exchange your order for a different watch, please email us the link or model name of the desired product.
We will confirm availability and provide further instructions.

Shipping: Return shipping to our center is covered by the customer, except in cases of defective products.


7. Change of Address

If you have changed your delivery address, please inform us at the time of the exchange request so we can update your details and ensure successful delivery.


8. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order that has already been shipped, simply refuse to accept the package upon delivery.
Once the product is returned to our warehouse, we will process your refund.
